In past years, the high school youth collected pumpkin pie ingredients to bake pies for The Caring Center.  Each holiday season (Thanksgiving and Christmas) The Caring Center provides complete holiday dinners for families in need in Boone County. Due to Covid-19 precautions, our youth will not be able to provide this service. We are asking for monetary donations for The Caring Center so they can carry out this important mission.

You can donate directly to The Caring Center here and sponsor a whole meal basket for $50, or give whatever amount you are able. 

For many years, our congregation has supported the Sharing Place outreach to assist with Thanksgiving Meals.  The Sharing Place Food Pantry, as part of Lutheran Child and Family Services (LCFS), is a material assistance program which provides food and children’s clothing for families residing in a nine-zip code service area of Marion County, Indiana. You can give directly to The Sharing Place on the LCFS website.
