The MomCo

About Us

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) has made a huge name change this year! MOPS is now, The MomCo, short for Mom Community! MomCo encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus, and in partnership with the local church. MomCo is a ministry of Christ Lutheran Church, and is a part of MomCo International
MomCo Membership is a movement of women who are practicing becoming more brave, kind, and honest. MomCo exists to build communities of women who love and support each other through the journey of motherhood. No matter what motherhood looks like for her, every mom has a place in The MomCo.

What happens at a MomCo meeting?

A typical MomCo meeting includes fellowship, a speaker, table discussions, a creative activity, and a great breakfast. Speakers and topics vary, but are relevant to many aspects of a mom's life.

During our MomCo meetings your children may attend KidsCo, with playtime, bible lessons, crafts, and singing and snack time.

Registration

MomCo provides quality mothering resources. As part of your MomCo International Membership, you will receive weekly email messages about what moms are talking about, text message pep talks, and a quarterly print magazine.

Although MomCo is a non-profit, we do charge a $100 annual fee* to cover MomCo International fees, our operating costs, speakers, crafts and materials.

*Partial payments are accepted and scholarships are available. Please do not let the cost influence your decision to join. Please call or email for more information.

Small Group Meeting Schedule

Small group is a thoughtful, faith-based study and discussion on topics such as friendship, hospitality and character.  Motherhood is hard. In a world of five-step lists and silver-bullet solutions to become perfect parents, mothers are burdened with mixed messages about who they are and what choices they should make. If you feel pulled between high-fives and hard words, with culture's solutions only raising more questions, you're not alone. We meet in the evenings on the 3rd Wednesday of the month, time and day may change depending on participants availability. Books will be provided.  Contact Kelli Allen, at   , if interested in joining.

Moms Night Out!

Throughout the year, we plan several Moms' Night Out activities. These activities provide opportunities to have fun while building relationships with other moms outside of our monthly meetings.
